The Cured Ham cooks fish tacos lightly grilled and topped with lettuce, tomato, and chipotle tartar sauce wrapped in a corn tortilla paired with a Mammoth Brewery Paranoids Pale Ale. Glad I bought some on my way back from Mammoth. Can't get it on the West Side of the Sierra's.
