Breakfast each morning was a bit of a hike from Vdara, but worth every step. The bakery opens each morning at 6am. They have the most fabulous blueberry muffins, bran muffins, croissants, and my favorite, brioche. No nonsense, order at the counter, walk down to pay, they shout your name when it's ready. Illy Coffee is being used for all their espresso drinks. They will provide a cardboard cup holder so that you may transport your coffee and pastry order back to your room. I'd rather stand in line here than the buffet down the hall. Since I don't have any pictures of the pastry, here's one of the hotel.
