Diavola, 2 years old

I'm pleased to see in a tough economy that Diavola in Geyserville is doing well. Congratulations to everyone. I popped in on Friday night because, frankly, I just wanted to eat proper Italian food and I didn't want to cook it. Well Chef Dino knows how to cook octopus properly. Tender, so tender. He placed the octopus on a salad with citrus, celery tops, and parsley. Great start. I moved on to the ravioli with with wild mushrooms. Again, satisfying and wonderful. I didn't stop there and ordered sweetbreads over greens to finish.
