Zinfandel Mania!

I poured three Zinfandels this weekend for a luncheon I hosted. My cooking focused on Southern Italy and the perfect American pairing, Primitivo's American Immigrant, Zinfandel. I went for a 2004, 2005, 2006 run of Saviez, Loxton, and Camellia Cellars wines. Obviously very different wines, but each complimentary with different dishes.
