I've been to Perbacco several times since they opened and have a bit of a love/hate relationship with the place. I have been putting off Barbacco simply because I'm stubborn. But the opportunity arose when I was at an industry mixer earlier in the evening, with chicken fingers and quesadillas served as food. No thanks, I'll just drink Guinness until I can find real food. On my late walk back to Bart, I stopped into Barbacco and sat at the counter.
Simply put Barbacco is impressive, most impressive. Three simple dishes, served simply. About as Italian as it gets and each dish made me very happy.
