Upland Brewing Co.

When in Wisconsin, I drink beer. Upland Brewing down in Indiana is quasi-local and it rounded out the "mix my own six-pack" I purchased at the Fresh Market my first night in Milwaukee. No, I didn't drink the sixer that night; I just wanted to try the local brew. The Upland Wheat beer had a nice citrus flavor and crisp finish, clean flavor without much linger on the palate. Bad Elmer's Porter has nice chocolate nose, but don't serve cold, serve room temp. Think about refrigerator red wine and you get the picture. I've got a few others in the mix, from another brewery, more local and I'll feature that in the next day or so, after I drink it.
