The Fresno Debut

The Tower District in Fresno was the perfect venue to catch up with family and friends over a glass of Mastro Scheidt wine and some homemade pizza. My apologies to the friends and family that I only spoke to for a minute or two.

Special thanks to Mom for knocking out 6 gourmet pizzas and bringing her A-Game that night. T.L. took some retired wine barrels and put them to good use by cleaning them up and making candle holders, barrel top food displays, tables, and bar stools (not to mention the labor).

John and his wife (who I'm sure is a "Super-Taster) made sure every glass was full. Thanks for watching my back.

What Winemaker's Eat

The journey from wine consumer to wine maker has been challenging. Being around "Big Cabs" all the time makes you long for a beer and pizza. Guess what, I'm not the only one.
