Two nights, two meals, 2011 wines, and too much food encapsulates our Dinner 2 Nights with Mastro Scheidt Cellars and The Tasting Room wine bar in Fresno.
This was not the first time we teamed up with Jason and Alysia from The Tasting Room. Mastro Scheidt wines have been featured on "Big Bottle" Night, Wine Club Wednesday's, and Pasta Night all in the last year. With Dinner 2 Nights, winemaker David Scheidt prepared a family style meal of soup, salad, pasta and polenta from scratch. Additional, Julie Monge Khanzadian of Hye Girl Catering provided her Decadent Chocolate Brownies; while Jason of The Tasting Room made his Big Fresno Fair Awarding Winning Biscotti for dessert.
